U.S. Embassy Abidjan is here to help. Drop you absentee ballots at the American Citizen Services window of the Consular Section at the U.S. Embassy between 8:30 am and 4pm Monday-Thursday. Please leave sufficient time to meet your own State’s electoral deadlines, available at your State’s electoral website.
